People today generally post letters because they’re disappointed with a service or product. On the other hand, our message is rather the opposite. We were so very pleased about the support that employees at Sleepys gave to us not too long ago, that we thought it warranted a letter of commendation from us.

We stopped into the Sleepys store and got a new mattress. From the beginning, our salesperson was polite, patient and insightful regarding which mattress model we would be considering. Nevertheless, we had to change the mattress model for some other mattresses, not even once, but thrice. Bear in mind we are professional folks and don’t have a practice of changing goods we decide to buy.

This turned out to be a rare event. We feel the need to offer to Sleepys our best compliment because of their patience, kindness, consideration as well as, most importantly, the expert way they worked on each exchange. Never once did any of the personnel appear annoyed or displeased. As a matter of reality, they were all very focused on our deciding on the perfect mattress model that suited our preferences. We visited Sleepys from the get go for its recognition. Even so, we were very blessed to have found the excellent assistance which they offered to us.
